Please note that the Terms and Conditions on this page are an addition to the End-User License Agreement of Class 1 Casino.

Players are eligible for promotions and bonuses only if they received the offer directly from Class 1 Casino.

If any deposit bonus was not issued upon deposit and player did not request it in the same session, Class 1 Casino reserves the right not to issue the missing bonus.

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn and are always deducted from the amount requested for withdrawal. When placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used.

Players can decide to decline each bonus given to him / her. By accepting the bonus, player agrees to accept the according bonus' terms and conditions.

Bonuses can be removed even after some betting has taken place. In such case, the bonus amount and all the bonus winnings will be removed from the player's balance.

Players are strongly advised to play in their own currency. Casino management reserves the right to decline any bonus offers to players playing in other currency than the official currency of their country of residence.

Players with balance on their account and players with pending withdrawals cannot receive any bonuses.

Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. If eligible for several promotions or bonus offers, Class 1 Casino will always grant individual player the best promotion and the highest bonus he/she is eligible for.

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to cancel or alter any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice.

The player acknowledges that casino management may close any casino account which is, in its sole opinion, undesirable or dormant. Your account will be deemed "dormant" if it has not been accessed for at least four (4) calendar months, as determined from the last time you performed an action in the account (e.g., made a deposit or placed a bet).

In this eventuality, on the first of every subsequent month, a dormancy fee of 5€/5$/5A$/5C$/5£/50ZAR will be levied should there be an account balance. This charge will remain in place until the account becomes active again and no longer dormant or if the account balance reaches zero.

Any real money funds in any such casino account will be claimable within one (1) year from the moment the balance has reached zero. Players who discover that their accounts have been closed in terms of this clause shall be entitled to lay claim to such real money funds upon application to the casino.

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes take effect from the date specified by us on our Website. The English language version of this Agreement will prevail over any other language version issued by us.

Class 1 Casino management can allow for terms and conditions to be interpreted in player's favour.

In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino management will be final.

Bets placed as “gamble” or “double” on games that feature such option do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.

All low-risk bets do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.

Doubled bet and initial bet are considered as one bet.

A deposit can be returned on player's request only if absolutely no gaming activity in any form has taken place after making the deposit.

The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of deposited funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
