Some of our bonuses are given automatically, some have to be requested. If the bonus wasn't credited automatically after a deposit, players can contact us by:

In order to receive the real cash bonus, the player:

Free Sign-up Bonus

This promotion is valid for first-time customers who open and register a real-money account during the promotion periods. Existing Class 1 Casino real-money account holders are not eligible for this promotion.

In the interest of fair gaming, players must wager at least ninety nine (99) times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal request.

Important Information regarding all bonuses

Due to the certain credit card regulations we are not permitted to return funds to the credit card accounts (excluding VISA). The player may not withdraw his deposit before having met the minimum wagering requirements. The deposit may be returned to a player only if absolutely no gaming activity in any form has taken place after making the deposit.

The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of deposited funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

When receiving a bonus, the player will first play with the money deposited in the casino account, and only then will the player play with the bonus offered by the casino.

Unless stated otherwise, all promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number and environments where computers are shared (university, dormitory or fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to change this terms and conditions at any time and it is the player's responsibility to periodically check for changes and updates.

If it appears that a player is participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke all winnings on any account's opened, and cancel all cash-ins where the play has been deemed abusive. Furthermore, abusive player accounts may be terminated immediately and the players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers from the Casino.

The Casino reserves the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to Playtech. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions from all Casinos utilizing the Playtech software.
