Class 1 Casino Terms and Conditions are divided into five categories. Please familiarize yourself with "General Terms and Conditions" first, for they apply in general and provide the grounds for other specific Terms and Conditions.



General terms and conditions

Please note that the Terms and Conditions on this page are an addition to the End-User License Agreement of Class 1 Casino.

Players are eligible for promotions and bonuses only if they received the promotional e-mail or bonus offering e-mail directly from Class 1 Casino.

Some bonuses are issued automatically, some have to be requested. If you believe you are eligible for a bonus, be it deposit bonus or free bonus, please contact us via our live chat feature in the casino lobby, or by sending us an e-mail request to support@class1casino.com, adding in the subject line your Username and promotion code (if applicable).

If any deposit bonus was not issued upon deposit and player did not request it in the same session, Class 1 Casino reserves the right not to issue the missing bonus.

Bonuses themselves cannot be withdrawn. Bonus amounts helping you make the winnings are therefore deducted from the amount requested for withdrawal. When placing a bet, the system will utilise your real money balance first, thereafter your bonus balance will be used.

Every bonus serves for one successful withdrawal only. After a successful withdrawal, the player’s balance will be reset to zero.

Players with balance on their account cannot receive full bonuses. Players with pending withdrawals cannot receive any bonuses. Pending withdrawals and/or withdrawals that are not yet processed are considered as balance on player’s account. Any deposits on pending withdrawals, while not eligible for deposit bonus, are therefore still subject to deposit bonus terms and conditions.

Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. If eligible for several promotions or bonus offers, Class 1 Casino will always grant individual player the best promotion and the highest bonus he/she is eligible for.

Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements. Excluded games are: Roulette (all sorts of Roulette), Baccarat (all sorts of Baccarat), Craps or Sic Bo (all sorts of Craps or Sic Bo), Black Jack (all sorts of Black Jack), Video Poker (all sorts of Video Poker), Poker Three, Casino Hold'Em, Stravaganza and Casino War. In case of a withdrawal request all winnings made on excluded games are deducted from the requested amount.

Bets placed as “gamble” or “double” on games that feature the “gamble” or “double” option do not count towards fulfilling the wagering requirements.

A deposit can be returned on player's request only if absolutely no gaming activity in any form has taken place after making the deposit.

The casino has the right to refuse or withhold a bonus or winnings in the event of deposited funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service.

According to the Class 1 Casino withdrawal policy, the requested withdrawal amount will be refunded back to your method of deposit, if possible up to the amount of total deposits made using specific deposit methods, less previous withdrawals and/or refunds.

If your deposit method does not support refund, or refund is not possible for whatever reason, withdrawals will be returned to you via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft, or via any other payment method you choose and have used for depositing in Class 1 Casino in the past. In special cases, the cashier reserves the right to return your withdrawal via any method, even if requested otherwise.

All processing fees are player's responsibility.

If you wish to withdraw your winnings and do not have a refundable payment method registered, you will be asked to register one. You can register a payment method with a minimal deposit that will be returned to you along with your winnings. Make sure you notify our support team of such attempt so they can make the necessary arrangements. If you do not inform our support team of such attempt, the deposit bonus terms and conditions will apply. When the desired payment method is registered, our cashier will be able to process your winnings along with the minimal deposit back to the said payment method.

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to cancel or alter any promotion or offer at any time without prior notice.

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes take effect from the date specified by us on our Website. It is the player’s responsibility to periodically check our Website for change notifications, or here for actual changes and updates.

The English language version of this Agreement will prevail over any other language version issued by us.

Players from these countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Curacao, Cyprus, Estonia, Israel, the Netherlands Antilles, Philippines, Slovenia, the United States of America (including all U.S.A. territories), cannot use any services of Class 1 Casino.

Class 1 Casino management can allow for terms and conditions to be interpreted in player's favour.

In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino management will be final.



Free sign-up bonus terms and conditions

Free sign-up bonus (FSB) is a one-time-only free bonus, welcoming a new player to the Class 1 Casino for the first time and giving him the chance to try our games and get the overall feel of the casino, without risking his/her own money. FSB is usually issued to the player’s account upon first login or first visit of the casino lobby. If the player finished his/her first visit before FSB was issued, FSB will be issued offline.

Allowed games or games that count towards wagering requirements for FSB are regular Slot games only.

Minimum withdrawal amount made with FSB is 20 for €, $, A$, C$ and £, and 200 for ZAR. Maximum withdrawal amount made with FSB is 100 for €, $, A$ and C$, 50 for £, and 1000 for ZAR.

Winnings made with FSB can be withdrawn to any payment method that is successfully registered in the cashier system. You can register a payment method with a minimal deposit that will be returned to you along with your winnings. Make sure you notify our support team of such attempt so they can make the necessary arrangements. If you do not inform our support team of such attempt, the First deposit bonus terms and conditions will apply. When the desired payment method is registered, our cashier will be able to process your winnings made with FSB along with the minimal deposit back to the said payment method.

Note that withdrawing winnings made with FSB is not possible via MasterCard (why?), Wire Transfer (why?) and Bank Draft (why?).

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests and withhold winnings in cases of bonus-abusive play, which is defined as:

  • Player is creating multiple Real Money accounts with similar or different account information (also known as duplicate accounts) in order to receive several Free Signup Bonuses.

Accounts of players participating in abusive strategies will be blocked upon recognition and their account information forwarded to Playtech.



First deposit bonus terms and conditions

300% first deposit bonus (FDB) is a one-time-only deposit bonus, welcoming a new player to the Class 1 Casino for the first time and giving him/her the chance to start his/her Class 1 Casino experience with a substantial enough balance to familiarize himself/herself with what we have to offer. FDB is usually issued to the player’s account automatically upon the successful first deposit. The player is valid for one FDB if he/she made a deposit in Class 1 Casino for the first time.

Only one FDB will be awarded per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (universities, dormitories or fraternities, schools, public libraries, workplaces, etc.). Once received, FDB cannot be undone.

For €, $, A$, C$ and £: any first deposit amount between 20 and 200 gets the player a full 300% FDB. Maximum FDB amount is 600.
For ZAR: any first deposit amount between 200 and 2000 gets the player a full 300% FDB. Maximum FDB amount is 6000.

In order to make a successful request to withdraw winnings made with the help of FDB, players playing in €, $, A$, C$, and ZAR must place in bets on allowed games 18 (eighteen) times the deposit plus deposit bonus amount. In order to make a successful request to withdraw winnings made with the help of FDB, players playing in £ must place in bets on allowed games 25 (twenty-five) times the deposit plus deposit bonus amount.

Allowed games or games that count towards wagering requirements for FDB are all forms of Slot games (regular and progressive), all Asian games (excluding Baccarat), all Arcade games (excluding Mini Roulette), Caribbean Stud poker, Let Them Ride poker, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog poker and Tequila poker.

Minimum withdrawal amount made with the help of FDB has to be equal to or higher than the amount of FDB, regardless the currency. Maximum withdrawal amount made with FDB is 5000 for €, $, A$, and C$, 50.000 for ZAR, and 2500 for £.



Additional First deposit bonus terms and conditions

Regardless of the wagering requirements mentioned above, the following groups of players have to fulfil the following wagering requirements:

  • Players playing in €, $, A$, C$, or ZAR, who are from the United Kingdom must place in bets on allowed games 25 (twenty-five) times the deposit plus deposit bonus amount before making a successful withdrawal request;
  • Players playing in £ who are not from the United Kingdom must place in bets on allowed games 50 (fifty) times the deposit plus deposit bonus amount before making a successful withdrawal request;

  • Players from the following countries: Bolivia, Brazil, China (Hong Kong and Macau included), Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Japan, Netherlands, South Korea, Poland and Romania, must place in bets on allowed games 99 (ninety-nine) times the deposit plus deposit bonus amount before making a successful withdrawal request, regardless of the chosen currency.

Allowed games or games that count towards wagering requirements for said groups of players are regular Slot games only.

Class 1 Casino reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests and withhold winnings in cases of bonus-abusive play, which is defined as:
